Forced Air Heating Installation & Repair
One of the many benefits of choosing BEST Commercial is the variety of heating solutions we offer. Heating is different at BEST because our technicians are trained to install, maintain and service all fuel types.
Natural Gas Furnace Installation & Repair
Natural Gas is what most homes utilize, and is less common in commercial settings. Preventative maintenance on a natural gas unit includes cleaning or replacing the filter once a year, cleaning the enamel of your unit when spots appear and having it serviced regularly. Please note we use industrial, high-efficiency filters, if purchasing a filter on your own please replace it once a month! Currently, natural gas is the most cost effective unit because the cost of natural gas is at an all-time low.
Oil Furnace Installation & Repair
Oil furnaces are the first heating solutions. According to the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA), 6.4 million households use Oilheat. Oil is typically used in more rural areas where natural gas pipelines have not been dug. Annual Maintenance on oil furnaces is very important to keep the structure and occupants safe! When we service an oil furnace we are sure to change the fuel filter, nozzle, and anything else out of place to properly maintain your unit. Without maintenance you run the risk of lessening the reliability of your unit and could potentially ruin the burner. Don’t get left in the cold, maintain your oil furnace!
Geothermal Heating System Installation & Repair
Looking to go green? We are experts in the Geothermal Heating field! Certified through WaterFurnace Installer, having done 200 + units along with the loop design. While a great option, we also have many other more affordable units. According to Renewable Energy World, a geothermal heat pump system consists of a heat pump, an air delivery system (ductwork), and a heat exchanger (a system of pipes buried in the shallow ground near the building). In the winter, the heat pump removes heat from the heat exchanger and pumps it into the indoor air delivery system. In the summer, the process is reversed, and the heat pump moves heat from the indoor air into the heat exchanger. The heat removed from the indoor air during the summer can also be used to provide a free source of hot water.
Heat Pump Installation & Repair
Heat Pumps have been getting a lot of attention recently for being more efficient and cleaner than combustion energy sources. They require very little maintenance and as a hybrid, can easily be added on as a primary or backup heat source to any unit! A heat pump uses refrigerant to make heat, making it very energy efficient, cost saving and comfortable. We install, service and maintain heat pump systems.
Propane Furnace Installation & Repair
Propane is typically used in places where natural gas would not be found. One clear benefit is that high efficiency furnaces will work with propane, but not oil. Propane is a very viable alternative to oil heat because the maximum efficiency for an oil furnace is 85%, but for a gas air-based furnace the maximum efficiency jumps to 98%- that’s money in your pocket!
